Intelligent Product Alerts, Actions and Recommendations

As a Beta user of the Actions & Recommendations component, you will get access to a limited selection of our alerts, aimed at helping you manage your brand. Once enabled for your account, alerts will be updated daily and appear under the To-Do list in the Actions & Recommendations component of the Operations Assistant page.
Below is an overview of the initial, limited set of alert types that we enable for Beta users, along with their default rules and thresholds.

Advertising Spend Drop | Amazon advertising spend invested in a specific SKU dropped to 0, week-on-week. The drop is based on a rolling 7 day timeframe comparison that is updated daily to reflect the latest tracked data. | If your Amazon advertising spend unexpectedly dropped to zero, you can investigate by checking the following in your account:

Bestseller Rank (BSR) Drop | Your ASIN's bestseller rank for a specific category on a specific marketplace dropped by more than 10% from one day to the next. | If your Amazon product Best Seller Rank (BSR) drops, there are several steps you can take to try and improve it:

Buy-Box Rate Drop | The Buy-Box rate of an ASIN in a specific Amazon marketplace dropped from one day to the next. A 100% buy-box rate, means that the product won the buy-box on every view that day. | The buy box is the box on a product detail page where customers can add items to their shopping carts, and having a high buy box rate is important for generating sales on Amazon. If your Amazon FBA product's buy box rate drops, there are several potential steps you can take to try and improve it:

Conversion Rate Drop | The conversion rate of an ASIN dropped by more than 10% week-on-week. Low SKU Profit Margin | The profit margin of a SKU has been below 5% throughout the last 8 weeks. | If your Amazon FBA product is unprofitable, there are several potential steps you can take to try and improve its profitability:

Low-Stock Inventory | A SKU is at risk of going out-of-stock. This is based on the latest Amazon FBA data. | Low-stock is defined as items where the estimated days of supply is less than lead time, which indicates that orders from your supplier may need to be expedited in order to avoid going out of stock. The following details are also provided in the Xapix user interface to help you plan:

Pricing Health | An alert is created when the same ASIN in a specific marketplace is available at a lower price on Amazon. Alert details provided include the current cheapest new and used options on Amazon. | If the same product is available at a lower price, this means you are likely to have a drop in traffic as competition has increased. It is therefore important to review your pricing strategy and consider lowering your price. |

Xapix Account Disconnected | An alert is created when the authentication between Xapix and an Amazon seller central account has been revoked, meaning that Xapix can no longer provide insights for that account. |
