CONCAT

CONCAT concatenates one or more arrays together and returns the result as an array. It can take an arbitrary number of arguments.

This function is not to be confused with CONCATENATE which appends strings together.

Function category: Collection‚Äč

Syntax

CONCAT([args...])

Arguments

Description

arg2

One or more arrays.

Example

Let's say we're given a response with the following vehicle information:

{
"data": {
"japanese_brands": [
"Toyota",
"Honda",
"Nissan"
],
"german_brands": [
"BMW",
"Mercedes Benz"
],
"swedish_brands": [
"Volvo"
]
}
}

If we wanted to concatenate (combine) the two arrays into one array, use the following function.

# Combine separate arrays into a single array
CONCAT(data.japanese_brands, data.german_brands, data.swedish_brands)
"Toyota",
"Honda",
"Nissan",
"BMW",
"Mercedes Benz",
"Volvo"
]
