Token Credentials
Authentication Schemes and Credentials can be created, edit and applied directly within the relevant Edit Connector page under Enable Authentication.
Token credentials are short-lived secret credential known only by the client and the server. It can be used in a query string, a request header or as a cookie.
This type of credential is used in the following schemes:
Follow these steps to create a token credential.
Steps
  1. 1.
    In a project, select Home > Auth. Credentials. Alternatively, to edit directly within a specific Connector configuration, go to Connectors > Edit Connector > Enable Authentication.
  2. 2.
    Click Token Credential.
  3. 3.
    In the Create new Authentication Credential page, enter:
    1. 1.
      A descriptive name for the credentials to be used to identify it when editing a Connector.
    2. 2.
      Add the credential string in the Token field.
  4. 4.
    Click Create.
  5. 5.
    The new credential is added to the list of authentication credentials.
  6. 6.
    Dismiss the confirmation dialog.
