The Organization Overview shows all available organizations and projects in your account, as shown in the example below. Currently, it contains your two organizations and the new project you just created.
To view the Organization Overview, do the following:
From within the project, click Overview from the Available projects button to open Organization Overview.
You should see your organization My First Organization and your project My First Project.
Let's take a look at the set of icons next to the name of the organization, in this case My First Organization. These four icons provide shortcuts to the following organization-related tasks:
Within the project pane is a row of five icons that show at a glance how many of the following are associated with the project:
When you open your new project, it will be displayed on the Project dashboard. You use this dashboard to prepare and publish your project. It provides menu options to add data sources, endpoints and resources. It also provides access to API publishing, performance insights and debugging.
To open the Project dashboard, do the following:
From the Organization Overview page, click My First Project. This will open the Project dashboard for this project.
As you work through your project, the Set up your project pane indicates the tasks to be completed. You first creating a data source, and then create an endpoint to build a pipeline. Finally, you publish your project and test it using a curl command. The remaining topics in the tutorial show you how to do these tasks.
